Your WhatsApp phone number and the name on your WhatsApp profile (or the name you give us).
Your delivery address and any location pin you share, so we can deliver your order.
Your orders, order history, coupons, wallet balance and referral details.
The messages you send us for an order: typed lists, voice notes and photos of shopping lists. We use these only to read your order.
To take, prepare, deliver and bill your orders, and to answer your questions.
To send order updates (confirmed, packed, out for delivery, delivered).
To send reminders and offers, only if you have ordered from or messaged us. Reply STOP at any time and we will stop.
To improve the service, for example which items are popular. We do not sell your information.
To run the service we use trusted providers: Meta (WhatsApp) to send and receive messages, our cloud hosting and database providers to store data, and an AI service to read typed lists, voice notes and photos of lists.
Our delivery person sees your name, address, phone number and order items for the order they deliver.
We share information with authorities only when the law requires it.
We keep your account and order history while you use the service, and for as long as the law requires us to keep billing records. You can ask us to delete your information (see below).
Reply STOP to stop reminders and offers. Reply START REMINDERS to turn them back on.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by messaging us. We may need to keep billing records we are required by law to keep.
Our systems are protected with access controls and encrypted connections. No online service is completely secure, so please do not send us card numbers or passwords.
