Prices shown are in Indian rupees. We may change prices at any time; the price when you confirm your order applies.
Fresh and pre-order items such as vegetables and fruits are weighed and packed for you. Their final price is confirmed when packed and shown on your bill.
If an item is out of stock we will tell you, and we may offer a substitute or leave it out.
Delivery times are estimates and depend on your area, the time you order and the item. Some items are available for store pickup only.
Please keep your phone reachable on delivery. If we cannot reach you or deliver, we may cancel or reschedule the order.
You can pay by cash or UPI on delivery, or by UPI QR when we send one. The amount on your order confirmation or bill is the amount to pay.
You can cancel before your order is packed by messaging us. Once packed, fresh items cannot be cancelled.
If something is damaged, wrong or missing, tell us on the day of delivery and we will replace it or refund it, as we agree with you.
Coupons, wallet balance and referral rewards have no cash value, may have conditions, and can be changed or withdrawn if misused.
We take care to pack and deliver correctly, but to the extent the law allows we are not responsible for losses beyond the value of your order.
